Returns & Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases made from Autonix (autonixco.us). Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. Our 30-day money-back guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. To start a return, email us at royastrapsus@gmail.com with your order number and we will send you return instructions.

2. Your statutory right to cancel (cooling-off period)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods, and a further 14 days to return them. Our 30-day guarantee is more generous than, and operates in addition to, this statutory right.

3. Return conditions

  • Products should be returned unused where possible, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. You may inspect and handle the product as you would in a shop; we may reduce your refund to reflect any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
  • Safety notice: do NOT include any propane canister or fuel with your return. Propane canisters are not supplied by us and cannot be accepted or transported. Ensure the product is fully disconnected from any fuel source before returning it.
  • Unless the product is faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend a tracked service, as the goods remain your responsibility until they reach us.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your return (or you provide evidence of having sent it), we will refund you within 14 days using your original payment method. Refunds include standard delivery charges where the whole order is returned within the statutory cancellation period (our standard delivery is free in any case).

5. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, our products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If your product is faulty:

  • Within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to reject it for a full refund;
  • Within 6 months, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and if that fails, a refund;
  • We will cover the reasonable cost of return postage for faulty or misdescribed goods.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photographs so we can resolve it quickly.
