1. About us and these terms

These terms apply to all purchases from Autonix via autonixco.us ("we", "us", "our"). You can contact us at royastrapsus@gmail.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Age restriction

Our products are open-flame tools. You must be 18 or over to purchase. By ordering you confirm you are at least 18 years of age. We may cancel and refund any order where we reasonably believe the buyer is under 18.

3. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch — for example where a product is unavailable, where we identify a pricing or description error, or where we suspect fraud — in which case we will refund you in full. If we discover a genuine pricing error after you order, we will contact you and give you the option to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel with a full refund.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. Delivery is free by standard tracked service.

5. Discount codes

Discount codes (including codes earned through games or promotions on our website) are limited to one code per order, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn or amended at any time in respect of future orders. Codes apply to the product price only unless stated otherwise.

6. Safe and responsible use

Autonix torches are outdoor tools for responsible adult use. You are responsible for using the product safely and lawfully, including:

  • using it outdoors or in a well-ventilated area, away from flammable materials, children and pets;
  • never directing the flame at people, animals or property;
  • using only standard compatible propane canisters (not included) and checking connections before ignition;
  • following the instructions supplied with the product and all applicable local laws and fire-safety regulations.

We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by misuse of the product, use contrary to the instructions, or unlawful use.

7. Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for breach of your statutory rights, or for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was made, losses not caused by our breach, or business losses (we supply products for private, domestic use only).

8. Returns and cancellations

Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Website content and intellectual property

All content on autonixco.us — including text, images, video, graphics and branding — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without our written permission. We take reasonable care to keep the site accurate but do not guarantee it is free of errors; product images are illustrative.

10. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (for example carrier disruption, extreme weather, or industrial action). We will contact you as soon as possible and take reasonable steps to minimise the delay; if the delay is substantial you may cancel for a full refund.

11. General

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales (or of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there).
